Unblockable Plastic Cover 28" x 30"

Unblockable Cover Model CPP102008 meets all ASME/ANSI A112.19.8 standards for field fabricated cover/grate.

This cover, nicknamed "unblockable cover" technically is a field fabricated suction cover.

As you can see by the photo, the cover has a 1" thick outside frame that is fastened into the concrete with 12 stainless steel anchors. The outside frame has a shallow pitch. 1" rise in 3.5", so vacuums won't get hung up on it and it will be comfortable for bathers to walk on. The cover comes with easy to follow instructions. The pool must be empty to install the cover. 1.36 feet per second flow rate. 1.37 square foot open area.

Retrofit:

• Designed for uneven pool floor bottom's, especially those that have a large bowl shape at the bottom of the pool.
• Takes about 2 hours to install.
• Water flows under grate so you can completely drain the pool or spa.
• Cover doesn't have to be centered over old drain.
• Remove old drain cover prior to installing the CPP102008 cover.
